Accor hotel portfolio
Our hotel portfolio consists of 29 Ibis and Novotel branded hotels located throughout the United Kingdom in locations such as Heathrow Airport, Birmingham Airport, Central Manchester, Tower Bridge, Hammersmith, Waterloo and Euston.
The IBIS and Novotel brands are owned and operated by Accor who also operate under the brands of Sofitel, Etap & Pullman in the UK. Worldwide, Accor operates in nearly 100 countries with over 4,000 hotels.
Our hotel portfolio comprises of 4,928 rooms in prime locations. There is a partnership agreement in place between Land Securities and Accor and we receive a percentage of Accor's turnover as rent on the portfolio.
